Description
I caught Harrisburg, PA’s popular man-on-the-bench sculpture reading his newspaper shortly after sunrise. The work, by Seward J. Johnson, has been turning heads along North Front Street at State Street since the early 1990s, when it was donated to the city along with the brick-paved plaza area where it sits.
